Nigerian rapper Olamide is in no way in support of those who move with internet fraudsters, popularly called “Yahoo Boys”, but criticise them on the internet.
Following the recent EFCC raid which led to the arrest of 12 fraudsters at a certain at Club 57, reactions have been rolling on different social media platforms, some applauding EFCC’s efforts in curbing internet fraud, while some are speaking against those engaging in the fraud.
The EFCC confirmed the raid that occurred on Friday morning, speaking through its facebook page, the statement read; “EFCC operatives stormed the popular Club 57 on Awolowo Way, where the suspected “yahoo yahoo boys” were rounded up, following intelligence report.”
