21 years after Tupac Shakur was pronounced dead, Suge Night has stepped forward to claim the great rapper faked his own death.
Suge who’s currently in jail awaiting trial a 2015 murder charge said this while speaking to Soledad O’Brien and Ice-T for their upcoming Fox special.
In a video obtained by TMZ from the special, “Who Shot Biggie & Tupac?” where Ice and Soledad lead an investigation into the unsolved murders and uncover new accounts of the shootings from people who were there, Suge doubted TuPac’s death and suggested he might still be alive. “When Pac died… if he really did, you know,” he shared in the video.
Adding details, Suge continued; “I mean, when I left that hospital, me and Pac was laughing and joking. So I don’t see how someone can turn from doing well to doing bad,” he said in the telephone conversation with Soledad and Ice-T.
When asked if he seriously thought the “Ghetto Gospel” rapper “might still be alive,” Suge gave a cryptic response, “I’m gonna tell you with Pac, you never know.”
“Who Shot Biggie and Tupac?” airs Sunday, September 24 on Fox.
