Maybe just another outrageous endorsement deal, but trust me, it’s worth it.
The new campaign has been described as a hybrid project with Pepsi agreeing to sponsor the superstar’s creative projectsin exchange for fronting Pepsi’s products.
Thou the singer has previously appeared in Pepsi ads, but now she becomes the face of the brand and allows Pepsi to sponsor her albums, concerts, photo shoots and music videos.
Just watch out for the special effects in her videos, you’ll understand the hybrid project is all about.
Beyonce confirming the deal in a statement said, “Pepsi embraces creativity and understands that artists evolve.”
“As a businesswoman, this allows me to work with a lifestyle brand with no compromise and without sacrificing my creativity.”
This deal has been described as more than just any deal, because of its unique features. With this deal, it is expected that Beyonce will collaborate with Pepsi on her 2013 Super Bowl halftime Advertisement show, and an image of her face will be stamped on the side of limited edition cans due for release in the spring.
So much for Beyonce in the coming year, guess we all should just sit back and expect a magical 2013 from Beyonce and Pepsi.
