Movie Review: The Dark Knight Rises

First Off. Would like to have a minute silence for those who lost their lives in the Aurora, Colorade massacre, very tragic the most painful of all is that they didn’t even get to see the end of the movie. May their souls Rest In Peace…………………..

Back to the movie, I have been waiting for this movie since I saw the Dark Knight, and have since then watched every Christopher Nolan movie I could find. When the cast appeared for Comic Con last year we got a glimpse into the villains, Catwoman, unexpected cast members too and our old favourites.

During his press tour for the movie, Nolan revealed that he was not going to revisit the joker storyline, with the tragedy that had befallen the actior who portrayed him- Health Ledger. But Tom Hardy as Bane was a sight to behold, he is no Health Ledger but he was an amazing villain.

Another Surprise was Anne Hathaway, say goodbye to the Disney princess and all round sweetie and say hello to the best Catwoman ever (I’m sorry but Michelle Pfeiffer comes in a close second, we need to forget Halle Berry ever claimed that title) Possibly the sexiest woman in a catsuit only after Scarlett Johansson in the Avengers. Anne Hathway held ground as the ever elusive Selina Kyle in a movie crowded with legends.

Christain Bale was amazing as Batman/Bruce Wayne as usual. I still cannot get over his batman voice and funny way his mouth twists when he is in Batman Mode, oh! and that suit.
We can all agree Batman has the worst suit only second to superman.

And watch out for Joseph Gordon- Levitt. Dude almost stole the show. Watch out for him, Amazing. Marion Cotillard dazzled, Micheal Caine was Micheal Caine, Gary Oldman, Morgan Freeman, Liam Neeson, Matthew Modine, Juno Temple and Cilian Murphy all did great too as an amazing supporting cast.

Christopher Nolan ended his Batman Trilogy
With a bang, and in a way that it could be continued without him, or even Batman. It was a long movie (24hrs 45mins) but every minute was worth it. Go to the Cinemas and see it!.

I Am Ayex The only reason I haven't posted it is cos it aint TRENDING. I love posting what matters and the reason it isn't trending is b'cos its not important :-)
