Britain’s biggest nuclear family has grown again as they welcome their 19th baby, according to the Telegraph.
Sue Radford, 41, gave birth to Phoebe Willow in just 40 minutes earlier this month, despite vowing to not have any more children after the arrival of daughter, Hallie Alphia Beau, in June 2015.
Childhood sweethearts Sue and Noel Radford, from Lancashire, welcome Phoebe Willow earlier this month, joining her 9 brothers and 9 sisters.
