RnB icon, Phil Collins and ex-wife Orianne may be set to enjoy One More Night in the honeymoon suite. The pair, who broke British legal history with their $46.68 million split in 2008, have recently rekindled their romance – and Orianne now believes they’re ready to retrace their steps all the way to the altar.
“I call Phil now again as my husband,” Orianne, 43, told Swiss newspaper SonntagsBlick. “We are so close that it actually makes no difference whether we are married. But we are determined to get married one day a second time.”
Orianne is already planning the wedding ceremony and expects it to be very different to the lavish three-day, $600,000 extravaganza the couple enjoyed at the Beau Rivage Hotel in Lausanne, Switzerland, where they tied the knot in front of 300 guests including Eric Clapton and Elton John, People Magazine reports.
The important difference is that now our children can be there. I imagine the next celebration will be more familiar and smaller. On our first wedding in 1999 in Lausanne, we had to invite many more people to not disappoint anyone.”
