Members of the Chibok Girls campaigners have refused to back down as they continue thier protest and urge the government to take drastic steps to salvage the life’s of innocent school girls abducted by the Islamic sect.

The campaign by the group which was the tagged #BringBackOurGirls entered its 69th day today since they started the protest.

Exactly 69 days since the group started the campaign for the release of over 200 pupils of the Government Girls Secondary School (GGSS) in Chibok Local Government Area of Borno State who were abducted by Boko Haram insurgents, the campaigners are not willing to give up saying they will not lose hope on issue.

The insurgents have offered to swap the girls with their members in detention.

Nigerians too are divided on whether the government should accept the offer. Some argued that the swap deal would ridicule the government among the comity of nations.

The campaigners said despite the kidnapping of the chibok school girls, the community is still been attacked.

The group reiterated plans continue its protest until the girls are rescued from the insurgent and reunited with thier families.
